Lisa Iapicco | Director, Career Management
As the Toigo Foundation's Career Management specialist, Lisa Iapicco brings a special blend of college recruitment expertise and HR know-how spanning all sectors of finance to the non-profit and its network of finance professionals.
Prior to joining Toigo in Fall 2008, Iapicco served as Vice President of HR, Campus Relations & Diversity Recruiting at BlackRock, one of the world's largest publicly traded investment management firms with employees in 22 countries throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific. Previously, she was a consultant in Employment Program Management for Pfizer, Inc.'s Strategic Staffing Division and served as Manager, Diversity Recruiting and Retention at The Boston Consulting Group. Iapicco also served as a Campus Recruiting Assistant in Salomon Smith Barney's the Investment Banking Division and held positions with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in New York, Burlington Insurance Group and CS First Boston.

Iapicco holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA in Communication from Rutgers University-Douglass College.
