MBA Fellowship Opportunity

Toigo's collaborative partner, The Rising Farmworker Dream Fund (RFDF), is proud to announce its annual scholarship program for students pursuing an MBA degree. Awards range from $1,500 to $10,000 for those pursuing admissions at a top 30 MBA program in 2010 (Class of 2013). Money and resources are also available for those candidates planning to apply within the next 5 years as well as those wishing to purse an MBA program not on the top 30 list.

For eligible applicants, RFDF will also provide mentoring resources, including GMAT preparation resources, business school application advice, and career counseling.

The application period will be open from February 18, 2010 until the last round of MBA applications for the class of 2013. However, money
and mentorship awards will be given on a first come, first serve basis; we encourage everyone to apply as early as possible!

Forté Forum: The MBA Value Proposition
September - October, 2009
The Forté Forum events are an opportunity to educate potential MBA students about business careers and opportunities in MBA education.  Women leaders from businesses and schools around the country share their experiences and insight in an informal setting.  Topics presented at the Forté Forums include:  how to finance an MBA, how to achieve work/life/balance, and how to successfully apply to an MBA program.  Forté Forum events are held each fall in the United States and Europe.  

Forté Foundation (one of Toigo's educational partners) is a consortium of major corporations and top business schools that has become a powerful change agent in educating and directing talented women toward leadership roles in business.
Its mission is to substantially increase the number of women business leaders by increasing the flow of women into key educational gateways and business networks
