Toigo invests considerable resources in the career planning and strategy of current Fellows and Toigo Alumni, utilizing both full time Toigo staff and a team of experienced professional coaches and counselors. Our focus is on retention and advancement - assisting Toigo talent in weighing options and in making critical decisions about the important steps in their careers, up to and including entrepreneurship.
As a benefit to our donors and a service to the industry, Toigo’s Career Management Team offers one-on-one facilitation of candidate search and screening based on our close knowledge of our Fellows and Alumni base as well as the broader Toigo network (i.e. friends and colleagues of Toigo Alumni who round out the more than 800 registered users of the online job bank – ToigoPRO™).
