Position Summary:

We are seeking a business systems analyst to collaborate with internal stakeholders to support our digital transformation initiatives. Working closely with client services, marketing operations, and IT, this individual will maintain and support existing reporting systems and processes. This position will also play a key role in driving the marketing technology roadmap to ensure the future state will continue to meet the needs of the business. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance the delivery of content and create a best in class client experience.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support, configure, test, and troubleshoot production software used to enable marketing automation
  • Lead monthly production of full, accurate and timely client reports and marketing material, making sure we hit internal and external deadlines
  • Define and drive workflows to support efficient report production
  • Perform verification to identify/resolve data issues
  • Perform quality assurance activities to ensure accuracy and consistency of data and information being processed by team
  • Successfully collaborate with peers in other functional areas (marketing, sales, risk, innovation) for feedback and refinement of production processes and materials
  • Translate conceptual requirements from business users into functional requirements for Information Technology team to implement
  • Contribute ideas to further refine and enhance our client reporting materials and execution processes
  • Other professional responsibilities, as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the investment management industry or other professional services business
  • Excellent communications and planning skills, including the ability to coordinate the activities of multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Detail-oriented with solid project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with client reporting software, content management systems and workflow tools a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
