Full Job Description

As a Corporate Staff Accountant with Graceada Partners, you will be responsible for the financial processing of transactions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
  • Generate company financial reports
  • Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company
  • Track expenses and create expense reports
  • Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
  • Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into appropriate system
  • Ensuring bills are paid in a accurate and timely manner while adhering to departmental procedures
  • Processing due invoices for payments
  • Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
  • Perform general administrative duties including data input, filing, scanning, and organizing information
  • Other duties as assigned by the Controller, VP of Finance, or Company Principals

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar (Required)
  • GAAP: 3-5 years (Preferred)
  • At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks

  • Yardi experience preferred
  • Solid knowledge of GAAP and regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timeframes

 

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Works in an office environment
  • Frequently sits for long periods of time
  • Frequently speaks, reads, writes, and uses a computer keyboard
  • May require occasional standing, walking, lifting, stooping, or bending
