TT Capital Partners (TTCP), the private equity group affiliated with TripleTree, is looking for a qualified pre-MBA candidate to join the TTCP investment team starting in Summer 2022.

About the TTCP Opportunity:
TTCP is currently seeking a pre-MBA Associate to join our team in Minneapolis for a two-year position. Given the size of our team and the stage of the companies in which we invest, TTCP associates enjoy a level of access to management teams beyond private equity industry norms, and we look to recruit individuals that can play this role. In addition to strong analytical skills and financial acumen, we seek self-starters with great work ethic, strong communication and organization skills, integrity, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Candidates must also possess the following:

▪    2-4 years relevant work experience with significant M&A exposure (prior healthcare experience not required)
▪    Strong financial modeling skills
▪    Strong finance and accounting background
▪    Due diligence and research skills
▪    Attention-to-detail
▪    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
▪    High undergraduate GPA from a leading institution

TTCP Associates play a critical role in supporting all elements of our transaction, sourcing, and portfolio monitoring processes. The position is highly dynamic, with typical responsibilities including: (i) financial modeling for new deal activity as well as portfolio support; (ii) researching companies and industries; (iii) assisting in new deal execution and diligence; (iv) creating investment overviews and marketing materials; (v) working on miscellaneous special projects with current portfolio companies; and (vii) interacting with senior members of the firm on other initiatives.
