Job Description:

The Marketing department enables sales by answering, “Why Dimensional?” They partner with sales groups, investment teams, and executive leadership within Dimensional to extract, package, and spread Dimensional’s message and philosophy. Marketing teams work to best reflect Dimensional’s unique offer to clients and advance its position in the marketplace. 

This role will play a key role in advancing the state of Dimensional’s marketing analytics ecosystem, from design and implementation through performance measurement. Collaborating with partners within the group and across departments, including Technology, this role will help drive a holistic view of digital performance across web platforms.  

 

Responsibilities 

  • Lead the design, improvement, and maintenance of marketing’s web analytics reporting infrastructure. 

  • Audit and implement web analytics across digital properties; develop segmentation, tags, triggers and variables to ensure accurate tracking 

  • Experience managing this independently or with limited oversight 

  • Partner with technology stakeholders on implementation best practices 

  • Prioritize and manage execution of business requests for new analytics and reporting needs. 

  • Create automated dashboards and reporting 

  • Produce data-backed recommendations to marketing partners to shape business decisions.  

  • Continually assess the data integrity and proposed solutions/strategies to improve data capture and reporting 

  • Cultivate a test-and-learn, data-driven culture 

  • Contribute to SEO and campaign optimization 

 

Preferred Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5-6 years of digital analytics experience, working with: 

  • Web analytics and implementation (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) 

  • Analytics reporting platforms 

  • Content management systems (e.g. SiteCore) 

  • SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console) 

  • Proven experience using web-analytics data to report on digital marketing initiatives 

  • Some experience with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)  

  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements 

  • Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to draw business-oriented insights 

  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to balance accuracy against timeliness 

  • Ability to explain technical topics easily and clearly to non-technical stakeholders 

  • Desire to work in a dynamic environment, driving key initiatives and managing simultaneous projects 

 

Additional Experience 

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.). 

  • Experience managing A/B and multivariate testing programs 

  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies 

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) and email marketing systems 

  • Working knowledge of GDPR/PI policies
