Position Summary:
Atlas Impact Partners is looking for a high-performing Analyst who will work closely with the research and portfolio management teams
Your work:
Performing fundamental business and organizational analysis, industry and market research
Creating company impact assessments
Creating company financial models
Developing and advocating for actionable portfolio recommendations
We are looking for someone with:
Bachelor’s degree with exceptional academic performance
2+ years full-time work experience with a top-tier investment firm, with a preference for hedge-fund experience. Investment banking or consulting experience will be considered
Ability to conduct research and analysis independently
A strong personal alignment with the firm’s impact thesis
Demonstrated capacity for collaboration and teamwork at all levels of tenure
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong desire to learn through work across sectors and industries
Willingness to challenge and be challenged, regardless of seniority
