Matt Johnson

Matt Johnson joined Toigo in 2020 as Senior Associate of Toigo Inclusion Strategy Services, All A Board and other key programs. As a member of the Toigo team, Matt’s primary role is to assist with the building of surveys, data analysis, and writing recommendations for the foundation’s Inclusion Strategy Services consulting engagements. Additionally, Matt serves as a point of contact for Toigo Alumni who are interested in participating in the All A Board Program.

Prior to joining Toigo, Matt was a Learning Management Systems Analyst at First Republic Bank where he was responsible for building and administering the bi-annual performance review process, as well as all online compliance courses. After his time at First Republic Bank, Matt lived near Shizuoka, Japan for a year where he worked as an elementary school English teacher.
