Matthew Soroka

Matthew Soroka joined Toigo in 2021 as the Acting Manager for Data Analytics and Impact Management. Previously, Matthew served as the Associate Director for MBA and Management and Organizational Leadership Career Services at the Penn State Smeal College of Business.

While at Penn State, Matthew served as a Teaching Support Specialist (TSS) within the Smeal Business Analytics Graduate Certificate, focused on Data Analytics, Predictive Analytics, and Prescriptive Analytics courses. Matthew has collaborated and lead data projects within the Penn State Smeal MBA program and across the university, including the Penn State’s First Destination Post-Grad Survey, Smeal MBA Career Activities Survey, and MBA Coachability/ Marketability metrics. Prior to his work in Career Services, Matthew was an Assistant Professor for Sport Administration at Castleton State University in Vermont.

He has a Master of Business in Sport Management from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Matthew is particularly interested in data analytics and has completed the Penn State Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics and Institutional Research.
