Toigo Real Estate Intensive FAQs

Yes, you can apply to both the Toigo MBA program and TREI if you are a candidate for an MBA program.  You can also apply to TREI if you are already a participant in the Toigo MBA Program.

No, TREI is open to anyone who meets the master’s degree candidate and/or CFA Level-1 application qualifications and has a commitment to pursuing a career in real estate.  Career switchers are welcomed to apply.

Applicant finalists will be required to attend MBA Catapult, an annual Toigo conference that is comprised of industry informational sessions, technical training, and networking opportunities.  MBA Catapult is being held in NYC in April 2023.  Attendees are expected to arrange their travel and lodging for MBA Catapult at their own cost.

TREI is a 10-month intensive that runs from July to March that includes asynchronous technical training, industry master classes, and individualized coaching.  TREI activities will be held virtually and generally require six to eight hours a month.  Cohort members will receive a monthly programming outline prior to the start of the intensive.

TREI offers a mix of individualized and cohort-based virtual learning opportunities.  Training includes the Real Estate Financial Modeling certification course and industry master classes on key topics such as debt and equity capital markets, market research and trends, and investment memo best practices.  Cohort members will also have opportunities to meet and learn from industry executives.
