Individual Engagement

career_connections_plain

There are many important ways individuals can become engaged with Toigo, from participation in our educational programming (including speaking at our events and webinars) to providing financial support for our Fellows during the academic careers, or serving in a mentoring capacity. Every effort is extremely valued as an important tool Fellows can use to move their careers forward.

With respect to mentoring, professionals from the financial industry are recruited as needed to coach, counsel and support Fellows throughout their MBA careers and beyond. Mentors provide professional and personal support and guidance to their assigned Fellow or group of Fellows. Mentors serve formally during the students’ graduate studies, but in many cases become lifelong friends and colleagues. There is also informal mentoring for post graduate professionals who seek more experienced advice and counsel.

Individual Donors

Individual donors play an important role in funding the Foundation’s core programs.

Toigo’s mission is grounded in the belief that every person—regardless of race or economic background—should have the opportunity to lead. It’s a belief shared by top institutions and, of course, a community of individuals Toigo is proud to call supporters. Pledges at every level ensure the long-term viability of Toigo initiatives, including support of Toigo MBA Fellows and Institute leadership programs. Gifts from individual donors may be made as one-time donations or multi-year legacy gifts. The Foundation also accepts gifts of liquid stock.

For your convenience, Toigo accepts major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) for the processing of contributions.
