Toigo Catapult is the start—the springboard—of the LIFE program. It is a must-attend event. A full agenda will be provided once you’ve been confirmed as a LIFE participant. Your resume will be shared with participating firms. The experience starts with a detailed assessment of your finance knowledge and technical skills. The results will help guide your progression through your LIFE program, including personalized career management support. Depending on your starting point in your finance career, this LIFE assessment will be invaluable. Catapult sessions and exchanges provide exposure to a range of career paths and finance sector opportunities. The Career Expo offers early and direct contact with firms hiring summer interns—plus time to build your network with other participants. |
Key benefits to organizations include early and direct exposure to sought-after talent, hosting and/or participation on industry panels, webinars, at networking events–and more. Toigo provides participating firms with access to LIFE participants’ resumes prior to Catapult. Many firms capitalize on the direct touch by inviting select recruits for one-on-one conversations. As part of Toigo Catapult and beyond, there are different ways for firms to engage—and source talent with Toigo. Held in Spring prior to the participants entering their graduate school programs, firms are invited to participate in sector and technical training sessions, Career Expo, networking and more, and receive full access to the Toigo LIFE Resume book. |
