Launched in 2010, Toigo Groundbreakers Women’s Initiative focuses the leadership development and connections of women in decision-making environments. Initially centered around the Groundbreakers Annual Women in Leadership Summit, Toigo expanded the platform to include a range of offerings to address specific leadership development opportunities via more in-depth coaching and interactions. Here’s a look:
Groundbreakers Annual Women in Leadership Summit
Our 2025 Groundbreakers Summit is scheduled for December 11th at The Harvard Club in New York City.
Registration and sponsorship will “go live” by October 1st.
The Summit has brought together thought leaders, pioneers, industry leaders and aspiring women leaders for in-person and virtual gatherings. Gloria Steinem, Dr. Tina Opie, Ana Navarro, the late Cokie Roberts, Sue Hodgkinson and more have headlined the Toigo gathering.
The Groundbreakers Summit focuses on leadership development, fostering a community and strengthening relationships for women across all stages of their careers. Toigo curates content to be a blend of inspirational and instructional. Firms sponsor the event as a way to amplify their commitment to women leaders, both to the individual and industry.
