Matthew Johnson plays a key role in the Foundation’s data management infrastructure and strategy. As Senior Associate for Enterprise Knowledge & Data Management, he oversees a wide range of systems, from program websites and marketing platforms to survey tools, social media, and event technology. In addition to ensuring operational efficiency, Matthew leads data capture and reporting processes that support thought leadership, donor communications, and organizational planning. With a background in workforce strategy and a focus on inclusive systems, he contributes to Toigo’s ability to scale its reach and track its impact. 

Matthew holds a Bachelor’s degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
