Trevor Welch supports the Foundation’s graduate-level initiatives as Senior Program Coordinator. In this role, he oversees student engagement across a range of platforms, from digital resource portals and newsletters to national industry convenings. Trevor plays a central part in building community among program participants, cultivating a strong sense of shared purpose and long-term connection to Toigo’s mission.

Through his thoughtful coordination of programming and events, Trevor ensures that each student’s experience is grounded in leadership development, industry exposure, and personal growth. He brings a coaching mindset and a passion for helping individuals align their strengths with professional purpose. 

Trevor holds a BS in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Leadership & Management from the University of La Verne.
