The Next Level of Leadership
Your first year in LIFE is not simply a period of preparation—it is a proving ground.
How you show up across the program—your discipline, consistency, and willingness to engage fully—will define your trajectory. This is where you begin to distinguish yourself, not only through technical capability, but through how you think, communicate, and contribute within a high-performing environment.
From this cohort, a small number of individuals—no more than 25—will be invited to participate in the Toigo Leadership Masterclass Studio during their second year. This is a selective, invitation-only experience. Participation is not guaranteed. It is extended to those who have demonstrated a clear readiness to move beyond preparation and into leadership.
How it Works
The Masterclass is designed as an immersive, six-month experience for individuals prepared to operate at a higher level of self-awareness and accountability. You will engage in rigorous reflection—challenging your assumptions, identifying blind spots, and refining your leadership approach in the context of an increasingly complex financial landscape.
You will hear from senior leaders who will share unfiltered perspectives on the decisions, trade-offs, and defining moments that shaped their careers. These insights will help to sharpen your judgment and expand how you think about leadership, influence, and long-term success.
A central component of the experience is the development of your Leadership Thesis—a disciplined articulation of how you lead, what you stand for, and how you intend to create impact within the financial ecosystem and how you will embody the values of Toigo. This culminates in a formal presentation before industry leaders, positioning you not just as a participant, but as a voice with perspective.
