Application, Key Dates & Partner Opportunities

We look forward to learning more about you and your interest in a career in Finance and how you will contribute to the impact of the Toigo legacy in years to come.

The application process is highly competitive so please be thoughtful in your responses to showcase your talents and standout leadership.

We ask you to consider as you begin the application:

The Toigo Foundation has dedicated more than 30 years to identifying and supporting next generation leaders through its programs and services.

Selected applicants for the program are considered Fellows during their MBA careers and alumni upon graduation.

The Foundation is not a direct scholarship program.  We make a financial investment in the leadership development curriculum, career management support, and technical training and industry education available to all MBA participants.

Toigo is envisioned to be a life-long affiliation with one of the industry’s most vibrant professional networks. We support your vision to advance as an impact leader in the future and to be an  aligned partner in your career journey.

Our deep and trusted network across organizations and individuals within the finance ecosystem allows for insights and connections to be made that are most important to participants.

To become a part of Toigo, selected members must fulfill core responsibilities which we believe are important for the long-term relationship with the organization.

We understand there are many priorities once you start school so we have made every attempt to anchor our programming during the summer and host key events during the academic year which we believe can be managed for your attendance and participation.

Please see the items below to ensure that Toigo is the right affiliation for you based on your career goals and our expectations.

  1. Enroll in a two-year accredited institution.
  2. Maintain a full-time status during your academic career.
  3. Pursue a career which is finance focused.
  4. Attend all Toigo-hosted mandatory sessions and events which may be either virtual or in-person.
  5. Abide by Toigo policies which outline professional conduct, health and safety and regard for expenses incurred as part of our commitment to participants in the program.
  6. Maintain active and timely communications with the MBA team on all matters that impact academic status; participation with TOIGO and/or employment status (internships or full time).
  7. Being willing to volunteer on behalf of the organization in activities which foster increased brand awareness of Toigo.
  8. Understand that you share in the responsibility to make this an exciting, rewarding experience which means you meet Toigo half way in the partnership by remaining engaged, enthusiastic, offering ideas, and demonstrate respect for the efforts that are made on your behalf – for life.
