Penwood’s management team has extensive experience in real estate investment generally and in value-added strategies specifically. The company has closed six commingled funds focused on value-add industrial investment, three single-asset investment funds, and a separately managed account. Penwood sources transactions both directly and in conjunction with a select group of developers with whom Penwood has arranged a steady source of potential deal flow.
