Toigo Real Estate Intensive (TREI) Details
The Toigo Real Estate Intensive (TREI) is focused on individuals dedicated to a career in real estate who are either pursuing graduate-level studies or have completed their CFA Level 1. Participants will receive an exceptional chance to deepen their expertise and skills, vital for securing internships and full-time roles in the industry.
This comprehensive program is designed to equip participants with essential skills, leadership qualities, and industry insights necessary for success in the real estate sector. Participants benefit from career coaching, mentoring, and learning from experienced industry professionals, including Toigo Alumni, culminating in their recognition as Toigo Intensive Ambassador.
The Intensive is launched with support from the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), a testament to the long-standing partnership and commitment PREA shares with Toigo. The TREI experience covers emerging trends, technological advancements in the sector, and educational content geared towards fostering successful leadership.
Eligibility Criteria
Does either of the below or both describe you in 2025?
- Will be enrolled in a business, finance, or real estate graduate program at a U.S. Institution in the Summer or Fall of 2025: (e.g., Masters in Finance or Real Estate, Full-time MBA, Flex MBA, and Specialized Real Estate programs) Expected graduation dates from Fall 2025 & Spring 2026 to Fall 2027 will be considered most competitive.

- Any level of CFA completion, post 2022
Key Application Dates
- Submitted applications will be evaluated on a Rolling Basis.
- Finalists will be invited to attend the TREI Virtual Conference in Late April/Early May.
- Finalists will advance to the Recorded Video Responses stage.

2025 TREI and Career Enrichment Series
- January – March: TREI provides an Open Access educational and career enrichment webinar series from industry professionals.
- April – May: Spring Intensive Series
- TREI Virtual Conference: Finalists participate in a multi-day virtual conference. This is a dynamic event where attendees engage with expert-led panels and case studies to gain real-world insights into the real estate industry, learn about market trends, and understand the impact of real estate practices. Finalists will enjoy interactive sessions, including career events, networking opportunities, and a masterclass focused on career development, all aimed at equipping them with the knowledge and connections creating pathways to a career in real estate.
- June – December: 2025 Cohort III is selected and begins their Summer & Fall Intensive Series, which includes:
- Summer Intensive Series: Participants enhance their understanding of real estate investment fundamentals, identify the ecosystem of industry roles, and begin career visioning and coaching.
- Fall Intensive Series: Participants attend industry workshops and masterclasses in debt, equity, and investment committee memos, receive career development coaching, and get invitations to industry and recruiting events, including the PREA Conference.
