The Toigo Real Estate Intensive (TREI) is an initiative proudly supported by the PREA Foundation, aimed at promoting diverse leadership within the real estate industry. Through unparalleled access to experts, technical training, leadership development and career support, Toigo offers a comprehensive real estate education and unique career enrichment initiative for Graduate (MBAs & Masters of Real Estate/ Finance) and CFA Candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

Does either of the below or both describe you in 2025?

  • Will be enrolled in a business, finance, or real estate graduate program at a U.S. Institution in the Summer or Fall of 2025: (e.g., Masters in Finance or Real Estate, Full-time MBA, Flex MBA, and Specialized Real Estate programs)
    • Expected graduation dates from Fall 2025 to Fall 2026 will be considered most competitive.

or

  • Any level of CFA completion, post 2022

If so, you are eligible to apply and potentially kickstart your real estate career with TREI in 2025.

Application Process:

  • Rolling Admissions: Applications are accepted as early as March and through May. Selected candidates will begin their asynchronous REFM training, engage with Talent Advisors, and gain access to networking and job opportunities.
  • Virtual Engagement: Career track finalists will participate in a 1-day virtual conference featuring expert-led panels and interactive sessions focused on real-world insights into the real estate industry.
  • Final Deadline: Ensure your application is submitted by April 30th, midnight PT.
