Kristy Posocco

Kristy Posocco is a 20-year veteran of the career management arena. In her current role as Director of Education and Career Advancement at Toigo, she spearheads strategic educational initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission, identifying potential to expand its educational platform with support and engagement from the finance community.  She also oversees the Toigo MBA Program, ensuring effective delivery of programming and providing career coaching to current Fellows.

Most recently, Kristy served as the Director of Career Education and Coaching at Yale School of Management (SOM) and has served on career teams at Yale College, Mount Holyoke College, and Harvard Business School.

Over the course of her career, Kristy has managed high profile recruiting and internship programs, coached MBA and liberal arts students, and served as President of the University Career Action Network.  In 2016, she was awarded the Yale SOM Staff Award for Excellence in Innovation for her work on the dynamic MBA career curriculum, Slingshot, which was featured at the national MBA Career Services and Employer Alliance Conference.  A seasoned career management coach, Kristy holds the Associate Certified Coach credential through the International Coach Federation and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. In addition, she has served as an instructor for The Academies’ Certified MBA Career Coach course, training career center coaches at U.S. and Canadian MBA programs.

A native of western Massachusetts, Kristy currently lives in the New Haven, Connecticut area with her partner, Jared, who is a chef, and son, Lachlan.  Together they enjoy cooking, history museums, and as much time as possible on the Connecticut shoreline and the Maine coast.
