Tiffany Sheffield

Tiffany Sheffield joined Toigo in 2021 and serves as the Manager of MBA Talent. As a member of the Foundation’s team, Tiffany will continue to build and strengthen our employer relationships and drive employment opportunities for our MBA talent.

Tiffany is very passionate about democratizing access to opportunity and impactful careers in the financial industry for underrepresented talent.  Prior to joining Toigo, Tiffany served as a Campus Recruiter at JPMorgan Chase & Co. supporting the Consumer and Community Bank, The Federal Reserve Bank of New York and Credit Suisse.  

Outside of work, Tiffany volunteers with Girls on the Run.  She served as a Big Sister for Big Brothers/Big Sisters and volunteered in various capacities with Sanctuary for Families.  Tiffany is very family oriented and enjoys mentoring young girls, traveling the world and is a half-marathon runner.

Tiffany completed her undergraduate studies at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.
